Requests may include recurring property maintenance, service-call coordination, painting, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, renovation, concrete, asphalt, roofing, and fencing. The specific tasks, site conditions, permits, and trade requirements are reviewed before a proposed scope.
Separate routine upkeep from skilled trades
General maintenance is a priority inquiry area; skilled construction and licensed trades are scope-dependent and are not represented as in-house or currently licensed Tontics services. Where allowed, qualified providers may be considered, subject to required credentials and contract limitations.
